The contest continued for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It's no surprise that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
